ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!! FUMING. Never called my number when on site. Showed my shed was delivered to reception on a caravan site. Drove up there and no one knew anything about it. Rang customer services said they would put in an investigation which would take 24 hours to speak to the driver. Day 2 called again to be told my query yesterday not recorded !!! Drivers dont carry cell phones (IN THIS DAY AND AGE RIDICULOUS ) and couldnt speak to a manager either. So had to do it again. had time off work to erect this and we running out of days now. So angry.
Yodel doesn’t care about customers. Their customer service is a joke as only the chat is available. It barely works and the agent takes over 20 minutes to response and obviously cant do that much anyway. UTTER JOKE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
