Absolutely awful service, paid for next day delivery. A week later no sign if my parcel. You can’t speak to an actual person on the phone, web chat useless just fob you off. I have had a web chat everyday since my parcel was supposed to be delivered but still no help or parcel.
I will never again order from a company that uses yodel.
