Customer service are useless, they only can promise you that parcel will be delivered but it never is...first day- fake delivery- I was at home at that time, second day-promise it will be delivered by customer service-turn out parcel wasn't even collected from the depo, third day- promised to deliver but no parcel in the end again. Fourth day- even got a call wow with the promise to deliver my parcel that day- jap no parcel that day either. Than Sunday no deliveries. I still haven't received my very important and expensive item...
