I returned home from a couple of nights away to find a card from Yodel indicating that my parcel had been left in my green bin. That bin had been emptied early on the morning of our return.
The parcel should have been signed for. My neighbours on either side work from home and would have accepted the parcel without any problem.
I contacted Yodel and received an emailed reply saying that they had "investigated" and that the driver "couldn't recall the delivery". Their advice was to contact the sender!!!
I am extremely unhappy with the service provided and the "investigation".
