My parcel (value £200) left in a bin which was emptied the following morning. I called the number on the card which was left to complain. I have since found out that the number on the card is a service number(0844) and the call cost over £4.
So not only did my parcel end up in the dump, I had to pay £4 to complain. Terrible company.
