I have had a number of bad experiences with Yodel. Today I had another. I cannot understand why companies use them and trust them with their goods, and reputations with customers.
I paid extra money to get something delivered in time, today. Tracking my parcel, I can see that Yodel received the parcel yesterday but have done nothing with it! Unbelievable. Very disappointed. CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
