I was emailed the day my parcel was due, which was too late to arrange to be home to sign for it.
I rearranged a delivery date, and it was not delivered.
My only option was to go to the depot to collect it myself- a one hour round trip.
No one at Yodel cares that the driver didn’t bother to attempt my delivery, and I have paid for a service I didn’t receive.
Customer service is woeful.
I will never knowingly use this company again.
