i dont think this will make any difference as yodel has absolutely no customer service level and this is not the first time i have had issues
they are not contactable, they don't delivery when they say, they don't contact you to say they have an issue and the DRIVER certainly doesnt have any incentive to call you back or respond to any text message
so
in fact they are actually not a delivery service at all they are just cheap driver that dont give a toss
and therefore neither do yodel!!!!!!!!!
