My only experience has been on the receiving end (often the 'not receiving' end). All I can say is appalling:
-Tracking either doesn't work or is not up-to-date.
-Good late, damaged or don't arrive
-Contact difficult- by (overseas?) web chat. Promises not delivered
Caveat Emptor!
