Yet again Yodel fail to deliver
Yet again Yodel fail to deliver and the customer service are useless. I was tracking my parcel and he was on the road next to me and I was 3 deliveries away and then the tracking stops so I go on the web chat and they tell me their driver cannot locate my address I’ve lived here for 21 years on a well signed estate. I am sure the driver just wanted to finish early poor customer service and very poor delivery driver.
