Appalling outfit. Said they tried to deliver parcel 3 times. Totally untrue. Turns out driver couldn’t find house. Again rubbish, no other courier has ever had a problem! Only about 10 houses with this postcode. They said I had to drive 20 miles to their depot to collect parcel, or it will be sent back to sender.
Don’t use this company!
