Usually, at least where I worked in the delivery business, when a client called, you called the driver and asked location and time, especially if the delivery window was missed. Not here, here you get literally 0 more information that what you had before contacting customer service. Don't even bother.
UPDATE : I was assured by 4 customer service agents today that my parcel was going to be delivered today, no one bothered to notify me it was going to be late, or when it was brought back to the depot later today.
