Parcel should have been delivered on Monday after getting supplier involved, said would be delivered Thursday.
Out for delivery 08:35 expected 13:55 to 15:55 . Tracked delivery all day , went round in circles approximately 2 miles from me dropping parcels. At 17:30 van went to last drop before me and at 20:00 it's still there. Disgraceful !
