I wouldn't even give one star if that was an option. Had my parcel since the 12th due to deliver on 14th. Then email saying there has been a delay. Heard nothing until a further email today saying they'd deliver between 8 and 10. Another email saying delivered at 9.20. Not to me they haven't, Checked cameras to check they'd not left at a neighbours and no one even attempted delivery. Phoned customer service which is all automated so they just confirm it delivered with no option to speak to anyone. Would not recommend if it was the last delivery service on earth
