Three parcels delivered in the last week.
One was an expensive electrical item - left when we were out. No attempt to leave it in a safe place with a neighbor. Luckily it was still there when we returned and it wasn't raining.
Twice more this week parcels have been left when we were home with NO attempt made to knock the door. Again - both were retrieved safely without damage from the weather.
Well deserved accolade of worst courier company
