Absolutely rubbish. I was left two cards on two separate days. I was in my house so I doubt the courier even knocked the door - instead left a calling card. No way of getting in contact with the number yodel provides for driver - straight to voicemail. No way of contacting Yodel to speak to person. Webchat is unreachable.
Finally spoke to a person on Webchat ... Ravi Kumar 15:23. What an absolute Joke! His response was flippant wait for next delivery and disconnected the chat without notice.
