Expecting a delivery of wine 22nd November, despite waiting in all day told the driver tried to deliver and had left a card, (no card), so returned to depot in Preston, on the 25th November we were told it had been lost, hard to believe that a lot of 2 boxes could both go missing.
New parcels dispatched on the 19th December, it is now 28th December still no delivery, told by yodel Preston suprise suprise the parcels are missing again.
It seems someone there is having a great Xmas drinking our wine and nobody at this company cares and don't give a dam about customers, not even worth one star.
