Placed an order for a card reader on 10th Dec 2021. Heard nothing until I received an email from Yodel with a tracking number to say my parcel had been delivered at 10.43am on 23rd Dec. and had been "handed to the customer and signed for" despite me not being at home! I rang the call centre to be told the tracking number was incorrect and they gave me the correct tracking number. 29th Dec today, and so far no parcel delivered and no more information supplied....hopeless.
