would leave no stars if possible, similar scenario to others on here, claimed parcel was delivered to a business which is 24/7 and of course it wasnt, bought via e bay, e bay cant help as tracking shows delivered, yodel put me back to the seller and the seller put me back to yodel. used yodel online chat and they basically just said i need to contact the seller and cut me off, i asked for an exact delivery time and a signature or any other from of evidence to prove delivery, nada, i would never use them
