I always know I will experience problems when I realise the carrier is Yodel.
They always say they have tried to deliver my goods and left a card which they have never done. I have tracked my goods and even found that they are in my area, but still no goods are delivered.
We have regular deliveries from other companies and do not experience any problems.
I implore companies not to use this company.
