Awful. They don't even deliver to our whole business park (my biz address) and always state 'refused at door' at my home address when they didn't even turn up AND I have a 'safe place' set.
A bargain basement courier - avoid them and ANY online firm that uses them - nobody needs the chaos, chasing on refunds or lost orders, and hassle.
