My parcel has been lost or delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. I have spoken to two different people within an online chat (Vikram on Monday and Randhir on Tuesday). They both promised that I would hear back from Yodel within 24 hours, but I’ve heard nothing. Vikram told me that he knew my parcel had been delivered to a postcode “near” to mine, but not to my address. I am disgusted that I am being treated so badly. I want a full refund for my parcel immediately! `You are a disgrace Yodel!
