Paid extra for next day delivery, the parcel was not even loaded on a van in expected day. You’d think that would give us priority on the next working days, no loaded on to an evening van and yet again not delivered. Shame in yodel, awful customer service when contacted to chase up parcel. We have given feedback to the company that shipped the item to us.
