Paid for next day delivery - for suitcases for a holiday. A week later no cases and they then send one case. They somehow sent the other case to Glasgow - how does this happen? and are now failing to sort the delivery so thats its received before i go away.
Poor communication and dont allow you to speak with an actual human being to sort an issue. Advisors on web chat just continue to say wait for delivery. Very very poor delivery company!
