Same story every time with this useless company. About time they shut down and all their useless staff with them.
Two parcels missing- I can’t get hold of anyone from Yodel so spoke to someone from the company I ordered from and they could see that the Yodel driver had delivered 300 feet away from my actual address, that’s laziness. Although none of my neighbours has seen anything anyway. Why do companies still use Yodel. They must lose out on so much money by having to resend items
