1 star is too many to describe the dismal performance by Yodal. After they couldn't find my address the first time I contacted them via chat and gave them directions. They then tried a second and third time with no success. Even giving them an alternative address didn't work, saying I had to collect from their depot. The chat people were very polite and seemed to want to help, but no action. I see no reason ever to use Yodel while there are alternatives.
