Absolutely terrible service. Told my package has been delivered. Check my cameras, asked neighbours and everything and the driver hasn't even been to my house or even near my street.
So I call their number and that was a dead end because you can only check the status of your delivery (robot only as well!) and not talk to anyone! It has also been signed by me which is a lie. Absolutely terrible and I can see other people are having the same problems. Why is this courier service still being used???????
