I have NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH YODEL, PARCELS NEVER ARRIVE ON TIME, SOME HAVE BEEN 7 WEEKS LATE AND TOTALLY BATTERED TO PIECES, NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING. LATEST I WAS WAITING 5 days over due, the last one am still waiting for, told they don’t know where it is basically. Why oh why do companies use Yodel??.
They make waiting customers depressed, please especially eBay sellers, don’t use them.
