Customer services delivery I wanted to track my parcel so that I didn't have to wait in but all the information I found was "your parcel is at our delivery depot this was 6AM this morning it is now 14.27PM and the message is the same the delivery depot is approx 8 miles from me they will not give anymore info and when I rang the agent was in South Africa not amused she said "you will just have to wait " !!! Helpful not
