I ordered fresh letterbox flowers for a friend recovering from an operation.
They promised next day delivery, it didn't happen.
I contacted an advisor on live web chat. She said it's out for delivery, just wait longer.
I said these flowers would be dead if not delivered soon.
I checked on tracking my parcel throughout the day and finally it said it's out for delivery. Then a message to say chat with us, we can't find the postcode. No advisers available, and now they are closed for the bank holiday, open again on Saturday.
I rang but just got an automated message. Really I need a refund as these poor flowers will be dead. Not impressed at all.
