Where ever I see a seller using Yodel I automatically know it will never arrive. Their by far the worse I've ever come across. And nothing has changed . Look at the reviews , everyone saying the sane thing , the app is rubbish , the tracking doesn't work , customer service is a joke . So the must be asked why does this company not listen to their customers and why do they not care If you are sending or receiving do not use this company , it will be stressful and your more likely will need to pick it up Ever time we had a seller send us a parcel , same problem , same excuse, same lack of service .
