Absolutely horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Delivery is 48 hours late with 2 "failed deliveries." Driver does not call if lost/confused, just gives up and leaves. After 3rd delivery, parcel reverts by no fault of your own.
No calling card or other details to rearrange delivery or give instructions to obviously confused drivers.
Stuck without parcel and no recourse as chat service does not help and there is no phone line to get through to a human (only automated bot).
Driver needs "more information" but does not say what is confusing him - building has huge sign in front of it with name on prominent road in London. For some reason, they are unable to make a timely delivery to a very simple residential address.
Avoid as you cannot get any help if something is urgent or delayed. They will inconvenience the client with delays and poor communication but not go the extra mile to provide good customer service, and deliver on time.
