Waited in all day for delivery then when it didn't turn up Yodel said they needed more information about my address? The driver had tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't find my address apparently. I've had dozens of deliveries by different couriers and this one is the only one to fail. Absolutely useless service and the webchat is rubbish, they don't answer your questions they're just automated responses. Now I have to wait another 2 days until a re-delivery can be made or attempted or whatever. Rubbish service
