Driver lied that delivery was attempted and card left. The only
Reason I realised is that delivery was “attempted “ I was tracking my
Parcel through the retailer website . I called customer service who weren’t any better ! I was told A card was left “maybe it went with the wind “ next time track the driver and open the door when he’s close .
I never have to do that with my other parcels I received on the same day as the “attempted delivery”.
No apologies or empathy .
Companies , Can we stop using these ppl please ?!?!
