Absolute joke.
I waited for a parcel twice and the door never even rang. Because I live in a flat your drivers have obviously not been bothered to even attempt delivery, saying 1st that the item was refused then that I missed it.
I then went onto live chat and the person I spoke to didn't have a clue what they were talking about, didn't solve my problem and just kept telling me the item was sent back to sender. By your fault not mine.
