I've had 1/5 of my parcels delivered to my flat from yodel. That 4 times the just didn't bother to deliver or delivered it to the wrong place, yet scanned it as delivered through my letter.
A delivery company that delivers 20% of your parcels is a joke of a company. Other companies need to stop using them.
On top of that, good luck calling or speaking to customer service. Its nearly impossible to actually get a hold of someone and when you do, they say "it looks like it's been delivered successfully" showing you a picture of a completely different place that's not your house😂.
