DO NOT USE!
I received my 2 hour window message at 16.18 and the "sorry we missed you" email at 16.19. Not to sure how that exactly works.
With my parcel being redistributed for today and myself and my girlfriend sat with the landing door open so I can hear the door/buzzer and they didn't even try to knock on the door or an attempt at using the buzzer! I try talking to customer support and they was completely useless as well. It was all just pre - written messages and recieved the same message everytime.
Apparently I'm getting a redelivery tomorrow which won't happen because I'm in work all day. Even told the Bot and still adamant I'm receiving it tomorrow.
I even asked for a refund and they wouldn't allow it.
Use Hermes or someone else.
