Yodel collected parcel from the seller. It got as far as their local depot then they lost it.
Very difficult to deal with their customer services. Didn't appear to make much effort to find my lost package.
Seller has now got the hassle of trying to get a refund from Yodel.
Pity I can't give them zero stars rating.
