Yodel are liars
App said parcel was in the depot. I was assured it would be delivered after numerous web chats on the app. In the space of one minute the status changed from loading on van then to sorry we missed you and have left a card. No card was left nor was any attempt made to delivery. I was in all day and the video door bell would have recorded it. They are liars. Let’s hope it arrives today. Unfortunately it’s another day off work as needs to be signed for 🤬🤬🤬
