Purchased a book which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel to a family member by the 14th of November.
According to the Yodel tracking system lt arrived at the local depot on the 9th of November. It has never been delivered and has either been lost or stolen at the local depot.
Yodel cannot find this order and are claiming the packaging may have been damaged. Yet able to deliver the book from the seller to the local depot in South Wales. Poor service from Yodel
