They have now had my package for 4 days.
They have twice lied to me about it being delivered today after they failed last night in the time slot given.
On Web chat I was told someone had been at my door... I was in, I was at the time trying to contact them about where my package was. Oh, and the actual history of my package on their very own page (which I copied) makes it clear it was wasn't even in a van at the time!
Awful service all round. Very unhappy with them. My hopes are after this I never have to deal with them again.
