Awful company ..webchat and phone ''customer service'' ..only there to distract delay and make you waste time until you go away (reams of webchat nonsense)
truly truly awful experience and wasted hours trying to resolve where my parcel went (after waiting in for 2 days ) when it was tracked to within 2 stops of my house
Steer clear and I wouldnt wish Yodel on my worse enemy ..and a week later ..still no parcel..it might be lost ..contact the retailer ..is the advice given on the phone
