Absolutely the worst service from a delivery company I’ve ever experienced. How and why are big companies using them?!
No delivery has actually arrived and marked as delivered to the door when no one has even knocked ?!
I buy from anyone that uses YODEL to deliver as it’s a complete waste of time and money.
Can never speak to people at customer service - they state the operating hours but then say lines are closed (when should be open)
