They delivered my parcel to the wrong building and kept saying oh our sat Nav supports the location! There are a few blocks with the same postcode and the picture they have sent me shows a completely different entrance hall to my building. Still didn’t accept this and disconnected the chat! So so disgraceful and passing me back to the sender! Just admit you have delivered it to the wrong address and now it’s lost! expensive pair of trainers and it’s gone now!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
