1 star is too much for them. Absolute rubbish of a company. Lost the first parcel sent, and couldn't explain what happened to it. The sender sent a second one and it was meant to arrive few days later, on the delivery date - no update from yodel, we contacted them and the only thing they could say is that they don't know what happened and need to investigate with the depot- wait 48 hours for an answer. No sign of a parcel, no update. not good enough! don't use this delivery company as they will find excuses to lose your parcel and never deliver it.
