Smooth process up until I opened my parcel. One of my items was damaged and unusable, ceramic lamp.
The ceramic part was smashed and I was lucky not to have hurt myself when I opened the box.
The other issue was the lamp wasn't appropriately wrapped and protected which is an issue I have raised to Argos where I purchased the lamp.
As you can see from the photo thlamp box is also damaged which suggests this occurred during transit. The force broke the ceramic part of the lamp.
Please take care with our parcels in future.
