Impossible to complain. Parcel 3 days in a row tracks as ‘out for delivery’ then ‘contact us’ then ‘back at depot’.
Phone number has nothing but automated tracking service despite being listed as their customer service number and Webchat freezes and advisers don’t give any help a bot couldn’t - basically wait in for your parcel…
Utter waste of time.
