Incredibly unreliable service. I still don't understand why companies keep using them.
Customer service basically doesn't exist, drivers always late without notifications, and they don't even ring the bell to let you know they arrived. Tracking number is also a waste of time.
I can't remember to have ever had a positive experience with them.
Worst in London.
