Never received my parcel despite Yodel saying that the delivery driver's GPS was at my address as proof. No proof of the parcel being scanned or handed over to me or any of my neighbours. 5 people in the house can testify that nobody saw a delivery driver - I've knocked on every single door on the street and nobody saw anyone. Joke of a parcel company if the only proof required for a delivery is a GPS tag - letting thief drivers getting away with stealing customers' valuable items. Avoid Yodel like the plague. Multiple times I've contacted them but they've washed their hands from responsibility.
