The extremely careless Yodel driver dumped my parcel in an open place ... instead of leaving it with a neighbour or contacting me to reschedule, so it was stolen. The photograph even shows the carelessness of the driver and yet I am left out of pocket.
Going back and forth with their customer service team has been hell, truly. They refuse to accept any wrongdoing and are gaslighting me constantly over a situation that is their fault.
